INCORPORATION    :  In 2008 took over most of existing business of Keynote Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. which was established in 1988.
INFRASTRUCTURE:  The firm has own premises adm. 2450 sq.ft. at Rajkot city of Gujarat State. with facilities of fully computerized modern work-systems .
CORE TEAM** : comprises of a group of Chartered Accountants having specialization / experience of providing consultancy to Non Resident Indians in the matters relating to Foreign Exchange Laws, namely Foreign Exchange Regulations Act of 1973 and now Foreign Exchange Management Act of 1999, Taxation, Banking regulations and financial matters.
